My 1st experience was one of absolute pleasure. I was pleased with the staff who assisted me. The Masseuse was very polite and professional and ask if I had any areas that shouldn't be disturbed and if I preferred a soft or firm massage. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I was extremely pleased with the service. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I think they should offer more sales, especially discounts to returning customers.
Yesterday was my first time going to natural Balance. This place is awesome. Very friendly and professional staff and my masseuse Patricia did and an excellent job. I recommend this place if you need a good body massage and I will be back for future appointments.
Great massage, lovely receptionist, lovely interior. While waiting for my masses, and after my massage i was treated with green tea in front of their fire place. Receptionist girl is the nicest person, and Tep the Thai masses is very professional. So grateful for a great service.

After an extended absence due to a family illness I returned "home" again. I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth who provided a professional and soothing reflexology massage. As usual, the staff was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage today with Myriam. She applied the right amount of pressure and asked often if it was ok. The ambience was nice and relaxing. I especially loved the the warm towels used at the end and the heated eye mask!!!! I will definitely return for another massage soon. The prices are fair also.

Rosalie the esthetician was both inappropriate and appalling as she interrogated me about my life instead of focusing on my facial. In fact, she never once asked me any questions concerning my skin as she probed me about my personal life only to leave the room and gossip with the staff. This clearly is not a place of wellness and what should have been a pleasant experience turned into the worst experience I have ever had. There are far better spa's in Brooklyn to go to. Don't waste your money here

Natural Balance is an inherently warm and quiet oasis of tranquility in the hustle of hectic Brooklyn, offering a wide range of spa treatments with unfailingly excellent service, from the front desk to the massage therapists, the aestheticians - basically, everyone. I'm a long time customer and resident of the neighborhood, and cannot say enough good things about all of the staff, its services - and its ambiance. I'd live there, if they'd let me (!!)
From the moment I walked into Natural Balance, I was starting to feel at ease. The aromatherapy smell was relaxing and the staff was welcoming. I was offered a drink and sent to an even more relaxing area to await my appoint for a facial. Beth preformed my facial. She was on time and super professional. She assessed my needs and we both agreed as to how to proceed. The face massages that accompanied the facial were devine. I left feeling clean, refreshed and eager to come again. Great experience!
