Have been coming to WillyB CrossFit for 3+ years and highly recommend this gym. The coaches will scale the workout for all ability levels or injuries and will push you to push yourself. I started off with the six week challenge and got hooked on feeling strong and supported by other athletes and all the coaches. The programming is really fresh and there are always fun challenges and competitions going on.

This place is a scam they say they offer a free 6 week challenge which is actually  $100/ week. Intro classes are only very early in the morning or very late in evening. When i found this out and tried to cancel they wouldn't let me out of agreement.

They are set up to take fees and don't care about their members. Better off burning $600 then doing  this "free" challenge

Been coming here for years. The environment is super inclusive and I always feel at home (which is something I have struggled with at other gyms). The workouts are challenging but adaptable to all experience levels and overtime I have seen a lot of growth through the guidance and coaching of the WillyB team. I'm a big advocate of their Barbell class. Check it out!

I took part in 6 weeks challenge. It was awesome! I lost 11 lbs and 7% of body fat. First time when I tried CrossFit and I liked it! Great coaches always helped me with everything and answered all my questions.

I could not be happier with this gym. While I do not take the CrossFit classes at this gym, I am a part of their Barbell Club. The community here is unlike anywhere else and the coaching is amazing.

I've been a member here for over a year now, specifically for the barbell class, and it's the best in my opinion. Nick is one of the best and knowledgeable barbell coach you'll find (I folllowed him to L Train - it's pretty out of my way but it's worth it).

I love how they have a separate oly lifting platform on the bottom floor and have pretty good equipment and weight. The programming is pretty awesome too as each barbell cycle is different and depending on the class, members, and what's been done, it's tailored to continue helping members improve. The thing I love most about the barbell class is that my technique has gotten tremendously better and it shows.

As for the facility, it's what you'd expect from a box and they have nice options. They have a locker/changing/warm-up area on the top floor. The main floor is where the WODs happens while the bottom floor is for the oly lifting class.

Come check it out - you won't be disappointed!

Signed up for the 6 week challenge and kept the membership after that. I love their classes and the trainers. The place is not big but it's super clean and the classes are not crowded so the trainers actually pay attention to everyone and are able to correct and help you if you're doing something wrong. My favorite coaches are Stephanie, Brittany (she unfortunately is no longer there) and Joshua. Crossfit is scary for one to start, it's hard af and some coaches are supper intimidating but not here, they make sure you always feel welcomed and challenged no matter what shape you're in.

L Train, the owners, the coaches, and the folks that work out here are on point. If you want boutique, flavored water, fancy towels, bathrooms, etc. then head to Manhattan and open up your wallet.

If you want to meet some solid folks in Brooklyn that like to work hard, run/row hard, or lift heavy weights - at a reasonable price, in a reasonable space - then stop by, check it out, and sign up.

Great vibe, awesome coaches. An amazing space with three floors. Rollers, Rowers and AIRDYNE on top floor., Metcons on main floor, Olympic lifting on another. What more can you ask for!
