I think the workout here is fantastic and the community is very nice but I am incredibly unhappy with the service here.
I was so excited to work out here and was working my way through a 10-class card with the intention of becoming a member when I completed my class card. Three times, I followed rules that employees told me to be able to sign up and attend class, and I was told at the front desk that I didn't follow their process correctly and therefore couldn't take class even though there was space available and I was on time. The third time I was turned away, the instructor was helping relay information to me and another employee came up to her and said "I'll deal with HER." She was very frustrated with me, rolling her eyes, refusing to give me contact information for a manager or someone I could talk to about the inconsistent messaging I've been getting. I was not rude or angry, and I felt I was treated really poorly.
I understand that the studio have rules that the employees must follow, but if they aren't posted anywhere online and no one can be reached for communication, it seems really unfair to constantly shift the rules about when non-members can and cannot attend. Especially when I'm following the instructions I have been told. There are also appropriate ways to communicate information to clients without a hurtful or negative attitude.
I was respectful to the employees and honestly so excited and enthusiastic to take classes here. My repeated bad experiences outweigh how much I enjoyed the workout. I don't recommend that anyone visit this location.
