I first came to Westside Pilates years ago to help with a photoshoot. Unbeknown to me that it would be such a great influence in my life. Adrianne and staff here are very considerate and genuine with their approach to fitness and community. I am thankful for such amazing experiences and challenging workouts that have kept me coming back year after year. If you are interested in creating life long healthy movement & muscle strength and healing, then I suggest you take a beginners class or a 1 on 1 here. The staff is well trained and organized. The studio is very clean and offers other amenities like acupuncture and massage. There are multiple studios and plenty of classes at different levels.

I am so lucky to have LIC Pilates in my neighborhood. I have worked with several different instructors due to my schedule and they are all truly amazing. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are also very nice and patient. In 3 months they have transformed my body. I am stronger physically and mentally. At first the machines were intimidating. Now, under the close eye of the instructors, I feel very comfortable with them. The environment is the perfect place to escape the stresses of the world and work on yourself, body and soul. I will be coming here for many years to come. Thank you to all the instructors who work so hard to make us better!

LIC Pilates is far and away the finest Pilates Studio in LIC. The instructors are all amazing and the facility is beautiful. Their individual attention to clients is fantastic and incredibly professional. Beginning my sessions there as someone brand new to Pilates, the instructors all made me feel so comfortable and brought me along at the perfect pace. My health and strength have both improved so significantly, that I have now incorporated multiple sessions a week as an important and loved part of my lifestyle.

My husband and I were visiting from Florida and ended up taking a Pilates reformer class here as we had just bought one for our house.
Our instructor was Maya and she was excellent at explaining each exercise and helping us out with our form. The studio itself is a big space and there are only three people to a reformer class which allows personalized attention.
Their customer service is great as I was able to contact them by email and received responses within a few hours.
We look forward to using our new reformer at home and implementing the exercises that we learned at the studio. We also look forward to returning on our next trip to NYC.

LIC Pilates is a super awesome studio. The instructors are all excellent - able to tailor the class to the students' abilties, even when everyone isn't at the same level - and the class size is small, allowing for plenty of individual attention. The space itself is also beautiful. You won't regret trying out a class here!
