Halima did not ask before aligning me, and also called my practice "weird" while on a microphone. Remember to be gentle with yogi warriors.
Will not deny that SOME of their instructors are good. But there are a thousand yoga studios in the city, save yourself the headache and the money! Front Desk employees are incredibly rude and not customer service oriented at all. When you attend yoga your goal is to feel better and relaxed after class but when you have to deal with rude employees that is very hard to achieve. Will definitely not be coming back.
This is a wonderful yoga studio I discovered in my neighborhood. The instructors are wonderful, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the space is well-designed and clean, and the price is great! I highly recommend Unity Yoga!
What a great studio!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. The entrance, studio, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean! I really appreciate that they provide free mats and towels since I usually forget one or the other. The instructors are clearly experts and were focused on meeting the needs of each class member. I was so happy that the instructors were able to help modify my practice to accommodate a temporary injury. I've seen my progress throughout my time at the studio and can't want to see what Unity Yoga helps me achieve next!

I immediately felt a friendly and encouraging vibe when I walked in the door. The instruction has been thoughtful and creative, incorporating guidance to poses of the month. There is care and concern by Sarah M, who no doubt is very qualified and knowledgeable and loves what's she doing. It's always immaculately clean, which probably shouldn't be a thing, but it's so appreciated -- the little details that add to a great experience! Extra bonus: the Release and Alignment classes, which should be patented AND Halima's unique meditative class intros. I'm enjoying my expanding practice. This is a Harlem gem. Namaste.

Great studio for heated (but not too hot Yoga). I haven't practiced in years and was a bit nervous about going back to really intense, really hot classes. This was the perfect balance of intensity, heat and focus. Argentina ran a really smooth class with an even pace. Love the studio and will be back!
Fantastic studio that is clean, modern and spacious. The teachers are fantastic and there is a nice range of class types depending on the type of workout you are looking for. The teachers are experienced and I can tell that they are very thoughtful in how they design their sequences. What I like the most is that it has a very inclusive and community feel to it, which sets it apart from other studios in NYC. Highly recommended!

Best Studio in Harlem whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or have been practicing for years. The teachers are knowledgeable and care very much about bringing challenging yet safe classes suitable for all levels. Staff is super friendly, the space always clean and the mats, props, showers and towels they provide can't be beat. I would highly recommend checking this studio out!!
Loved my experience here! The core class was amazing. The music put me in the right mindset, and I left feeling like I had a great workout. I will definitely be coming back!
