The classes on the website are not accurate. I wasted time and money traveling to the class to find out there was no class at that time. I read reviews from others about this same issue, so I decided to call before going. I called 3 times and no one answered the phone. When I arrived the excuse for no one answering the phone was that the manager called out. Meanwhile there were about 4 employees sitting around doing nothing. There should always be someone by the phone if someone calls out. And your website should be updated with the real class times.
DON'T DO IT! FIND A BETTER OPTION. They have classes on the schedule but they don't really exist. As a result, I accrued 4 make-ups and was told I couldn't use them unless I paid for the next month. I ended up doing that, thinking I could just take my child to a lot of classes that normally do exist, and skip the naps. then they weren't there even for the usual classes. Now I have 8 makeup classes, I was charged for the month, and the location is dark. We were standing outside with our children.
Gym is often closed without notifying parents. It has happened at least 5x in the past month. We understand that emergencies happen - but they could at least notify parents in advance or call us back to explain.
They go above and beyond to help child development, so glad there are places like this. My son loves to play there
My son loves it here!! Zip line is his favorite activity! They also have great space for kids bday parties!

My 2 year old son loves My Gym. The facility is well kept and the staff are engaged and friendly. It is well worth the monthly fee.
