Walked by and noticed this wonderfully sun drenched studio. I've found my new Sunday morning spot. The women running Savitri have a beautiful energy about them. Anyone who wishes to have wellness in their life needs to pay a visit here, it's more than a workout.

Sivitri is a new yoga/fitness place that just opened up close to my apartment and it is a beautiful plant filled and light drenched space with knowledgeable and caring teachers that make you feel comfortable even in the most challenging yoga poses. They also offer TRX and Barre which is unique for a yoga studio. Jessica the founder and owner is very warm and welcoming and was helpful with some physical alignment issues that I was having. This is a neighborhood gem!!! Also the prices per class is by far the most reasonable I have come across in NYC.

Jess is the BEST TRX instructor in NYC and she's an even better yoga instructor. Great energy, beautiful space and every instructor blends functional fitness with fun and mindfulness to create challenging classes you will want to make part of your every week routine.
