I am a former dancer with LOADS of injuries and taking Pilates at Mind Your Body has vastly improved my aches and pains. The teachers are delightful, all former dancers, and highly qualified. As someone who is now slightly out of shape, I never felt judged or belittled for not being able to do certain exercises. My sessions were geared towards my issues and my body. The space is great as well. Just intimate enough, with lots of sunlight and excellent equipment. I feel like a much stronger person, and I am happier in my day to day life. Trust me, you will get hooked!
