I have worked with trainers on and off most of my adult life an I have to say Jeremy is the best by far. As a typical New Yorker, I work hard and party hard and it takes a toll on my body. Working out with Jeremy helps me bring balance to that. He is super knowledgeable about not only fitness and nutrition but physical injury (I've been dealing with a few recently) and prevention. My workouts are completely personalized to my needs and I never have a problem setting up a time to get a workout in. Also, I'm never bored, it's always fun, and worth every penny. I hate exercise so I just work out with Jeremy instead!
