I began the Introversion Group Therapy last night and it kicked my butt -- in a good way. Dy is a great and personable coach. She doesn't let you quit. I look forward to other classes, the sauna, and the Thai massage. Plus the store portion has a great selection of holistic-type jewelry and clothing. Check it out!
The girl Cara at the front is so friendly and helpful, besides the classes and studio they also sell really nice products, from necklaces to bathing suits to beautiful jewellery with a story and clothing. Beautiful place, definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area!
I love this place! The staff is always welcoming and the trainers are super encouraging. I go to a few different gyms and this is one of my favorites!
Loved getting a Thai massage from Dy, she is amazing all around! The space was clean and welcoming. They have yoga classes, strength training, and nutritional coaching.
Dyshan is simply the best. She is wise and balanced. I like her specific method for working out on the machines. The facility is awesome. Love the sauna and the shop and the studio. The vibe of the whole place is really relaxed and yet productive.
