Very small gym. Group Classes in the morning aren't great or intense at all. Medium Size changing area and 1 small bathroom.
I recently moved to the neighborhood and have been looking for a boxing gym. This place provides solid instruction. The owner has established a culture of hard work. Most importantly, Underground instills the same principles my previous gym did. That means they know what they are doing. I recommend it.
I love Underground Boxing and miss them dearly. Coach Ilya is by far the best boxing coach I have ever had. He takes great care of all his members and always puts safety first. Not only has he drastically helped develop my boxing skills, but has also served as a support system outside of boxing. Ilya, along with all the other wonderful gym members have pushed me to become stronger physically and mentally. I cannot recommend this gym enough. I wish they could move to D.C. with me!
Celebrating my one-year anniversary with Ilya, Natasha and the entire underground boxing team. They have completely changed my life and I am celebrating a 90 pound weight loss because of them. They are hard-working, have an impeccable work ethic and are completely and utterly inspiring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Best training for the money , the new location is more convenient for me and my family , dont need to be a boxer to get training , back problem disappear with training , feel more power with exercise , one on one training, group training , teen and kids , boxing , weight lifting , running , pushup and sit up , rope jumping , build muscle and loose weight

I have seen tremendous difference in my conditioning, strength and boxing skills in only a couple of months. Energy, comradarie and coach is the best I have ever experienced! Great place where you can find accomplished professionals training along side with kids in a safe and friendly environment

I've been around searching for a good coach. I found this place on Google and went in. Ilya coach one of the greatest master of his craft his attention to each student that he works with is unbelievable. I will never change this place even if I will have to move out. Highly recommended

After jumping around from one boxing gym to another I finally found the perfect home here at Underground Boxing & Fitness close to a year ago. Under coach Ilya's guidance and training, I finally got the results that I have always been yearning for. Learning how to box properly (not to mention losing a lot of weight), enhancing my confidence, and growing a love for the sport are all a result of this gym. This place truly turned me into a man and I can't thank Ilya enough for all of his hard work and perseverance. The professionalism and hard work ethic of everyone here only motivates me further. I promise that you will never regret joining this gym, but instead would only thank me.
