The best kendo club on its 40th year! Kataoka Sensei is the best teacher who obviously knows what he is talking about. From adolescents to seniors, kendo is ageless. I still remember starting four years ago with my daughter who wasn't even 10. It felt a bit awkward at first, but I wanted to support her. I'm so glad I stayed on. Even once a week, it is terrific exercise and the mental focus is so rewarding.
What a surprise when I found NYC Kendo didn't come up on Google Maps. I hope this entry helps all to find this amazing sport!
