I've taken a few spin classes with here, but 3 with Amanda so far. I will definitely keep going! Her classes have great music, great intensity, and Amanda is a ton of fun. I look forward to becoming a regular to her classes; they are a great way to start the day!

You will get a workout because you are on a bike, but it can be very difficult to understand the instructors and they do not take the time to explain what is going on. A lot of up and down off the saddle, much more than other many other studios I have done spin at. On a side note, highly recommend they refresh their towels, smelled rather old and musty...not what you want when wiping your face.
These guys know what they're doing. I bike outside, for long hours and miles... Yet find that a 45 minute session here with the right instructor is all I need. Shouts to Peter, Joel and Brandon.
