Great Old School Gym
Best place to get a workout in. If you wanna focus on lifting and getting strong, this is the place to be. I'm a female and I love the environment. It's the first place I've ever worked out in that doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. Plus the owner is a nice respectful guy and is always giving people tips on how to use the machines or what body parts to work out on which days. It really feels like a family here. I've been coming to Frenchie's for almost a year and will never workout at another gym again.

Frenchie's is a no frills, old school kind of place. The equipment is old, there's no a/c and you can forget about wireless. But if all you care about is getting a good workout, Frenchie's might be for you. Also, there are barely any women there so if you're a chick, you might feel out of place.

They're Moto is Pump It Up... I like it.
An old school gym for weightlifting and strength training. No classes, no mats, no towels, no trainers, just weights and cable weight machines. They have one elliptical, maybe 2 treadmills and 2 bikes. It is a slice of what Brooklyn once was like.
