I only practice yoga once a week, so going to a new studio can be intimidating. The staff at Sacred were welcoming. The class was super challenging but everyone was at different levels, so I felt like I could go at my own pace. Everything a yoga studio should be!

Good solid yoga studio. This review if for the Vinyasa Flow, but they offer other classes too like Capoeira. Instructor-Yoga: 5/5, Ambiance: 5/5 (I especially recommend the candle lit end of day flow - super relaxing), Service: 4/5 - Perfectly ok, but can be a bit cold especially if you're using an online offer or a couple of minutes late. Value 4/5, Nice class, but a bit pricey. Tip: If you're going last minute sometimes you can find a discounted deal online. Also if it's your first visit, sign up for the unlimited weekly deal. It's the same price as 1 class, but you get to try everything out. Overall - worth checking out!

Sacred is great! I enjoy coming here for a good ritual sweat. The studio is big and well designed. I have been to about three classes here so far but I am excited to continue practicing here. The teachers are very nice, knowledgeable, and make the classes accessible to all levels. The studio has a great community/neighborhood vibe. I hope to do my yoga teacher training here soon too.

I've tried many a studio in the area, this one takes the cake. Never had an instructor I didn't like! This is a very professional, educated, & welcoming place.

I am a full figure woman so certain position are difficult. Sacred is completely a no judgement zone. I've also had the pleasure of taking a class with an instructor who is also full figured and understood my challenges with executing certain positions. The atmosphere is a warm inviting clean facility and sacred.
