Great place for personal training. You will find a trainer with expertise in just about anything here. Work out at the gym or take your training into central park. You will love it. Mike the owner is a real charmer, and his wife Denise as well.

Great gym, great trainers! The atmosphere is uplifting, an ideal place to work out. Also the cryo is amazing. Love the owners!

Can't say anything but good things about this place. Been working here and bringing private clients since January and it's been nothing but a pleasure. Mike and Denise provide an upbeat and friendly atmosphere and are always striving to improve the client experience. Whether you're a trainer or client give Core a shot. It's a diamond in the rough.
