Great gym and atmosphere. Very predatory business practices, even for a gym. Please make note that you are only allowed to cancel your membership in person, at the same gym you signed up at, or via certified letter mailed to their HQ. There is no online process, there is no phone process. If you're like me, and move out of state, your only option is a certified letter...for a $15 gym membership, which is insane. Also, after they receive your certified letter, they send you a form to fill out, which you again have to send via certified mail. I have to assume that there are enough people who think the $15 isn't worth the hassle and just keep the membership. They're walking a fine line between fraud and legitimate...
