Concierge was very friendly, the building is very old. The lobby looks nice but the hallways really do show the buildings age. The neighborhood seems relatively clean and safe. Pretty sure I could live there

Great building and great complex. You feel like you're in a nice suburban apartment complex and not busy Manhattan! Yet you're half a block from Central Park and have easy access to the subway without crossing a street. All the walking adventures of the Upper West Side are just minutes away. The fitness center in this building is clean, cool and spacious (see pics). The building staff is friendly and efficient. There are 415 condos in the building and the doormen receive and put away all the packages without piles of boxes all over the lobby! The grounds are attractive, clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the 24-hour roving security walking around the 4 building complex makes you feel comfortable - they even know everyone's dogs!
