Yogi Beans offers incredibly fun, compassionate, and intelligently crafted Kids Yoga Classes! A beautiful foundation for life long skills :)
Love Yogi Beans! Every time I pick up my little cousin from her class she has a new pose to show me! She loves going to class every week and tells me all about how she goes to class and watches her breath! This program is amazing for kids, I recommend to everyone I know!

Yogi Beans is a wonderful way for children of all ages to access yoga. As a teacher and a yoga instructor, I see that YB orchestrated a curriculum very much like an educator would and the classes are designed very much like a lesson plan with a theme. The way the Yogi Beans classes are designed and organized moves at a pace that keeps children engaged in all facets of yoga; philosophy, meditation, asana, and most of all fun! Yogi Beans is a wonderful way for children to practice and learn about yoga.

I LOVE Lauren and the entire YB staff. The energy here is so positive and calming for my (extremely) energetic 4 year old. He enjoys practicing at home now, too! I think this should be a mandatory class for ALL 4 year olds lol :)

I took my 5 and 8 year old to the family yoga class for 4-8 year olds at Pure Yoga West. It is $45 per student for 45 minutes. No sibling discount. There wasn't room for the 3 of us to put mats down without overlapping or folding one of our mats ($90 worth of yoga?). The other children could not have possibly been 4 years old. One little guy was wearing a pull up! And the class was taught to their pre-school needs. My kids had a pleasant enough time, but this did nothing towards body awareness or knowledge of yoga...as they guessed what things might be found in a garden and pretended to be blueberries rolling around on the floor. There was a 60 second (with a phone timer set) listening/meditation exercise which was jarringly short and did nothing to expand focus for any child who can read Harry Potter or focus long enough to write their full name. In the middle of class, one mom pulled out her phone to film her 3 year old! This class is NOT for children over 5 years old and barely resembles a yoga practice. Take your $$$ to Kidville for similar content.
