Terrible policy. I bought a sweater and wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The Manager refused to do so, unreal! Tags were attached and I also had my receipt. I had the most terrible experience at this location.

Long over due review! definitely one of the best lulus i have been to. The associate (i think her name was Jackie) was helpful without being overbearing. clothing is hit or miss in terms of quality/durability and not cheap for gym. I reccommend checking item reviews on their website before hand.
The service here was way over my expectations when I first entered this place! This is how you do it to get customers to buy clothes at this price point. Love!
