Why the gym regularly gets law reputation is quite natural. Firstly, the staffs are really unfriendly and kinda rude. Second, the equipment are old n dirty. Third, the inside is quite small. Lastly, I don't want to generalize not all people are like that but mostly those who use weight machines and dumbbells are full of themselves and they don't put what they use back where they were.
I don't recommend to go here. Dirty, small, really old, overpriced and the worst thing is they are not professional as employees; some of them sometimes make fun of some customers and talk behind their back.. and apparently change their attitude depending on customer's races..really TERRIBLE. After I saw that situation a couple of times, I've decided to change the gym to another. As long as they revise their customer service manual, it is obvious their customers leave gradually.
I was out of town visiting and decided to go to a morning yoga class with a friend. They were having an introductory first time class promotion of $10 each so we decided to try it.
15 minutes after the class was supposed to start a staff member walked in saying the class was cancelled. So obviously wanted to get a refund on my credit card. The girl working in front says we can not refund your cc but we can credit you $20 towards your next class. I pointed out that I dont live here and will not be coming back. She said that's our policy and said the manager will get in touch. Long story short..
Several months have passed and still have not heard from anyone.
Awful management and no way to run a business!
NIA classes rock my world. Fabulous music playlists, different each time. Easy-to-follow choreography. Totally joyful way to dance and stay fit!
Very overpriced. Has the bare minimum basic equipment if you are interested in weights. Definitely not worth the price.

The management does not appear to understand that business is headed south. Too bad cause there are some fine teachers and staff. The gym costs nearly 1k a year. People have already begun to move to other gyms. Sad.

Worst gym I've ever been a member of...half of the machines don't work and the rest makes horrible noises (only 2 ellipticals and 2 working treadmills which are ocupied 95% of the time)
The owner did everything in his powers not to refund me after I repetatly told everyone that its unbearable to workout there - took me 2 weeks of coming there every night after work and begging for my money until I got half of what I paid.

I became a member of this gym in late December. Have always passed by it for many years, and signed up for a one month membership at that time. From day one, I was impressed by the friendliness and warmth of the staff, and their frequent helpfulness whenever needed. The facility itself was exactly what I was looking for-- small, with all the equipment you need for a great work out. I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a gym, and definitely intend to keep going!!
I signed up for a year membership and cancelled two months early and got permission from the club to leave. They have continued to charge for 4 months even after The year ended. I called countless times to speak with the manager and each time they never call me back. There's better gyms in the city and most won't steal from you. Stay clear of this place!!

I have been going to body strength for over 10 years. What makes this my gym over others is the home vibe that it gives. It is small and quirky in its own unique way. It has all the basic equipment needed for most workouts. They have been changing equipment over the years and I hope they continue to do so. The staff is always personable and friendly.
The staff are nice people. The facilities are small, specially the machines area. Lockers and sauna are tiny. The classes are just amazing. Really good teacher and the studio is just perfect.
I would HIGHLY suggest NEVER GOING HERE. The gym is run down and smells of black mold not to mention most of the equipment hasn't been serviced in years. The people who do maintenance aren't even qualified to do so. Most of the teachers and personal trainers are NOT legally certified. ON TOP of all of this. The Owner Mario is a straight pervert/paedophile constantly groping his clients and EMPLOYEES!
I honestly wish there was a zero star option. Because this place is not worth even 1 star or the huge amount of money they charge for the disgusting broken down and overcrowded gym they have. If you go here pay in cash only so they can't keep charging you!!!
