Great studio! Alexia is a wonderful incredible teacher and very knowledgeable. Always get a challenging work out that is tailored to my specific needs. Nice space and equipment is well maintained.

I've taken sessions all over the US and this cozy studio is one of those rare gems that teaches the classical Pilates system the way it was intended. As Pilates enthusiast, I highly recommend this studio. The owner/instructor is a gracious and knowledgeable teacher that offers meticulous expertise of classical Pilates. The studio is beautiful and clean and the equipment is shiny and new. Great place for anyone that wants a real Pilates experience. Definitely a Perfect place!

In the 20 years that I have practiced Pilates, I never have had an instructor who has used the various equipment so wisely and made each session so unique. My abdominals have never felt stronger and my posture has improved greatly. I have been able to carry these lessons into all of my other sports. Thank you, Alexia!

I began taking pilates in 2001 while living in Southern Florida as I read that it was great for rehabilitating body injuries and to help with back issues. I started with private sessions, which I really liked but as it began to become more popular & expensive, I switched to taking classes. For me I did not feel like I was getting the same benefits with classes as I did in private sessions so I stopped going. After moving to NYC I tried many places and recently found Pilates Perfect. I am so happy to have found this studio! The private classes are affordable & provide the true teachings of Joseph Pilates. Alexia's style of teaching is unlike anything I have found; she ask's about my concerns and then focuses on what will be best for my body. With each session I continue to feel challenged and know that I am getting a great physical and mental workout. It is exciting to see results but most importantly my body feels amazing!
No matter how difficult my days are, Pilates Perfect Studio has always been a very special place where thanks to the exceptional professionalism and dedication of A. I have been able to remain centered and focused. Pilates has now become part of my daily routine and no matter how I position or move my body Pilates is always on my mind. There are many Pilates studios in the city but this one definitely stands out.
