I have done a lot of different types of working out over the years but it wasn't until I started training at x93 fitness, did I really feel like I could see results in a short period of time! Forget mindless running on the treadmill, improper use of machines, or insufficient reps/weights, Chris and the other trainers here make the sessions incredibly efficient, challenging, and effective. I started working out with Chris 2 months after having my second child. I was not looking forward to it as I had not worked out in months, but Chris's sessions have been spot on - focused on my trouble areas and very challenging. And I have seen results in just 2 months. I feel stronger and more energetic. The gym is intimate and doesn't have the stuffiness or intimidation of the big name brand gyms around the corner. Chris has also been pretty flexible with re-scheduling sessions which I really need as a frantic mom of 2! Come here if you want to be challenged and see results!
