I should start off by saying I hate exercise with a passion, and every time I've tried to do it consistently, I'll quit after a month. I've been coming to RF for nearly 2 years now and I think that says a lot for them!! It's a smaller space, but I actually prefer it because it I hate the idea of a ton of people seeing me sweat. Plus the small space actually creates a family environment. Every trainer makes it a point to learn your name and chat with you, even if you don't work with them, and they are all AMAZING!!! I specifically work with Bianca who is awesome. She somehow gets me to work hard in spite of my complaining, and has learned what techniques and exercises work best for ME as an individual. The owner of RF, Dennis, deserves all the success he has gotten. He creates a fun environment and makes sure all his employees are properly trained in all aspects of training, including stretching. And he truly cares about his employees and clients. I cannot say enough great things about Remorca Fitness - I highly recommend them!
