Have had the great experience working with the NY Golf Fitness Guru for over a year.
This commitment to his workout programs and training, his in depth expertise of golf fitness, his vast knowledge in physiology, biomechanics , nutrition and ever expanding certification has lowered my handicap in half , prevented injuries and has facilitated competing and winning my club championship and two other medal play events,,
As a physician I recommend him highly to anyone seeking a dedicated , highly trained knowledgeable personal trainer that wants to move better without pain and stay healthy..
Brett has done a phenomenal job improving my "pliability"...that is the intersection of flexibility and strength for my golf game. He provides not only in person workouts but also designs custom workouts for each golfer from the TPI website.

I am a golfer who loves having a reason to spend time outside. Of course I want to be the best I can be and the Assessment Process that Brett put me through gave me key areas in my fitness program to focus on to improve my performance. He provided me with a guide on how to coordinate the sequence of my swing movements. I am now aware of how my body should move during a swing. This helps me diagnose a poor swing and how to correct it rather than be frustrated and afraid it will happen again. It worked! I am now more confident in my body's ability to perform at it's best. My Sunday walks in the park are now fun and I look forward to golfing.
