I have been going to Jane Do in Edgewater for about 6 months now and you can definitely see the changes in my body. My muscles are more toned and I feel great coming out of each class. It is definitely challenging but fun at the same time. Instructors here are super helpful as well.
Instructors are wonderful- for a 1 hour workout it feels like you worked out for three. Different elements are intertwined and make each class unique- never boring
Best work out classes I've been too in a along time. Challenging but not to the point where you feel like you're going to die and can't complete the workout. Instructors are great, very helpful and motivating.
I love coming to Jane Do! The workouts are challenging, super fun and can be customized to your own personal fitness/comfort level. If you're looking for an empowering, girl power workout this is it.
This is a great workout studio for women. It's boutique, clean, and the staff is phenomenal. I have not met anyone who wasn't nice, friendly, and helpful there. The instructors know what they're doing; they will motivate you and you will walk out having had a thorough workout. They also have a variety of different classes so you can choose the ones that fit your preferences. My favorite is trampoline class and "Floor Play" (light sculpting). You can adjust to your own level. Highly recommend! All the classes are sweaty and fun.
Best workout ever! Instructors are amazing. They encourage you throughout the whole class and it's impossible to not be engaged. I always leave feeling challenged and complete. Highly recommend!
I've been going here for year and love it. The full body workouts are challenging, but fun with upbeat music and lights. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident.
Tramp Stamp at Jane Do is awesome! It's great low-impact cardio that really gets your heart rate up and includes a nice amount of strength training. The staff are awesome at motivating you and keeping your energy high throughout.
Excellent Classes that make you sore in the right places! Cristin is amazing and highly recommended.
My favorite place to exercise during the week! Rarely overcrowded. Always fun!
The best workout I have ever had in my life. The best results I have ever had and the best motivation I have ever had. The owners, staff, everyone is so incredibly amazing and inspirational. I cannot gush enough about this place.

I also got the chance to dance my butt off with the crew at Jane Do in Edgewater for a Yelp event! It was fantastic and what a cardio workout it was!! The philosophy at Jane Do is to build a strong core and strengthen muscles while also keeping a slender dance body physique. Jacqueline was our instructor that night and she was so great! She led us through some simple dance moves but really brought out the sweat in us.
The parking lot in front is very small and some spots are reserved for other businesses. They recommend parking in a parking garage across the street or find street parking wherever you can. The studio is pretty small but it's very cute and cozy.

I recently moved to Edgewater and am so glad I found Jane Do! The workouts are challenging, fun, and different every time and I truly look forward to their classes. The instructors are all very friendly, welcoming, energetic, and promote positive thinking and body image. I feel like Jane Do has given me a community in a town where I didn't know anyone. Highly recommend checking it out!!
By far the hardest & most fun barre workout I have tried (and I have tried every studio!), and I also love all the other classes that are offered. A great mix of strength training & cardio. It's a very addictive workout, challenging but you feel great after it that you have to go back!
This is by far my favorite workout. The classes are really tough, but effective. The trainers are inspiring. The playlist is always dope.
The JaneDO staff is super professional and super motivated and qualified to help one, regardless of where she is in her fitness plans or fitness shape, reach her optimum fitness and health levels. This place is SO much more than a workout studio!
The instructors at Jane Do exude such positive vibes and are able to elicit amazing energy out of you even on your worst day. I recently started training for and running marathons. The Sports Barre and Tramp Stamp classes alone helped so much in builing up my stamina and endurance. The classes are definitely worth it, so much fun and guaranteed results!
