More than two years ago I began working with Adrienne to recover strength and mobility following
serious back surgery. The result has been fantastic -- owed in no small part to the work we've done together.
Adrienne is first and foremost an accomplished pilates professional who listens, precisely explains each exercise and, where necessary, makes modification to accommodate my weaknesses. She is always good natured, upbeat and positively encourages me to keep improving. While Adrienne comes to each session with a plan for the workout, she is always willing to make modifications based on my input. I have learned a lot from Adrienne and I am sure that it is thanks to her that I am now stronger, more flexible and, most importantly, pain free!
