I thoroughly enjoy my workouts here. I love that so many men of color are trainers. And boy are they motivational. And TOUGH. The service is solid (always greeted with with a hello) and frankly it's always packed but you have to sign up in advance. My only qualm is the lack of stretching / place to do so on your own. I'd prefer a better (read, any) recovery routine. I can stretch when I get home but that requires remembering, post 35min commute. Tough in winter especially since my muscles aren't as warm by the time I do get in.
Do I think you should try them? Absolutely!
I've tried several different tabata style work outs since first falling in love with the training style. Mike's is the most unique and definitely the best. He combines weight training with the tabata training and the results are amazing. You'll be pushed and will enjoy it at the same time. Reaching new fitness and strength levels for yourself with some of the most positive trainers around.
Great workout!! If you like to really sweat it out, come here. Instructors challenge you to the next level and are welcoming to new comers, always show modifications.
This was one of the best work outs I have ever had! The trainers were high energy and super pleasant and positive! They also gave modifications for begins and helped make the moves more meaningful when I needed help. I LOVED it!
Having done ClassPass for several years and experienced different studios and workouts, this is my fave and have committed to Tabata full time. It's the best, most effective workout I've done - made more gains here in 3 months than the 3 years I was doing other classes! There's no shower, or fancy amenities, but if you're looking to change your body, this is the place!

Great energy in a no judgement zone and the the instructors always pay attention to each student, providing feedback on your form if needed. The class is challenging, but you'll be motivated to push yourself. Each class offers a variety of exercises, so I never get bored - it's quite addicting! I highly recommend you check this place out.

Unlike other cardio-boxing gyms, Mike teaches drills and the strategic reference of each drill. Mike and his team strive to know all the members by name and create a family atmosphere, without being too intrusive. Mike has an honest desire to build better, healthier bodies through exercise and diet. They keep having to add more classes due to the growing demand, building on a very loyal base.

Mike, Connie, and Anwar run an incredible workout program! The space is pretty bare-bones, but the focus is all on the workout. They know their stuff and are great at motivating you to push yourself! Highly recommend this place!
