Old, outdated hotel.. lots of poor craftsmanship.. nice enough people but the building is beat up and run down. Great view and location but likely won't be coming back.. although for the price your not gonna find much better. I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer place

Hotel room is a bit dated. At least on the 15th floor. Part of the lobby looks nice. There's always a line to enter the burger place in the lobby. Be sure to check it out if you have time. Service was good.

Excellent service and rooms. The staff was very kind and the whole experience was seamless. The only issue was the ice maker not working and they sent up ice directly to the room! The hotel was beautiful and in a prime location. I would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay; upgraded to a room overlooking the park - well worth it! They let us check in early- great check in experience. The BEST was I left 3 electronic items in my room & they saved them for me! Sent them off the same day! Thank you Andrew!!!! What a great asset to the staff!

We stayed over Christmas and it was fantastic. We needed adjoining rooms and they made it happen. Front desk and room service was excellent. The lobby was decorated and all. I would definitely stay again. Clean , comfortable and location was the key in Manhattan.

A friend and I stayed here for our NYC Christmas trip and it was a GREAT stay...we loved it! The location is great for all the midtown attractions, and the subway is just a couple blocks away, so easy access to the whole city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, beds especially! The staff was exceptional; they accommodated all our requests, answered all our questions, and were happy to offer recommendations as we set out to explore the city...all with a smile! The hotel offers all kinds of food and amenities as well. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone!

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Upon check-in Abby at the front desk wished my daughter happy birthday. We went out briefly only to return to a birthday card, pretzels, bottled water and an individual chocolate cake to celebrate. This is a class act hotel. The suite we stayed in was large, roomy and clean.

Nice hotel. Love the do not disturb tag. The bathtub keep leaking water somewhere but it didn't bother us. Overall everyone there was nice. The location was great and near lots of attractions and nice food spots.

Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Views magnificent. Centrally located to everything in the city. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The gym was well kept and good amount of equipment. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice facilities - great gym, burger joint and roof top swimming pool but rooms are dated and have not kept up with modern technology. They need a major overhaul. No minibar - maybe a blessing in disguise and TV system is from early 2000. No on demand TV or ability to connect to other devices. Great location close to every major attraction and cultural spot in midtown.

Super clean space with a beautiful penthouse pool and a perfect view of Central Park! The Nave is gorgeous and a cozy, quiet space for coffee or cocktails. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are decent size. I recommend this hotel for families.

Had a very pleasant stay here except for one issue due to housekeeping. The staff was very polite and accommodating for the inconvenience. Beds were comfortable, toiletries were awesome quality, and AC was super cool! The pool on the terrace was good. The burger joint next to reception was great. Location was nice too. Starbucks right in front of the hotel. They charge $15 facility fee per night for Wifi, gym access, etc.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend and so did my guests. It was a FABULOUS experience! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The area is great , easy walk to fifth for shopping, St Patrick's, etc. Reina was my contact person and she made a stressful time so much easier. She went above and beyond to update me on room bookings, plans for the day of, and all the little details! If you're planning an event there, definitely ask for Reina, she is amazing! Who you work with makes all the difference!

This was a great hotel to stay at for my weekend in NYC. Midtown is a fun neighborhood with just enough bars, restaurants, and so on to keep you entertained - yet it's rather residential at night. The room itself was a lot larger than I expected for the rate I paid and very clean. The rooms do show their age a bit but they don't lack a thing. Lastly, Gravity Fitness (you pay a $15/day facilities charge regardless of whether or not you use it) was excellent. Great machines, very clean, and not packed on a Friday afternoon. In conclusion, I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were adequate, but there were cleaning staff loitering in the halls. Very off-putting. Honestly, it wasn't bad for a standard hotel, but I expected more from a 4 star accommodation. The TV on a swivel post was pretty interesting and allowed you to watch television from the bedroom area or the living room area. The thing that really lowered the rating for this place? ONE outlet. ONE. Seriously? How many devices does the average person have that require an outlet either for charging or use? One. Outlet.

Great location couple blocks south of the park. Also less than a block to F, N, Q, R, W subway lines. Front desk and room service staff were cheerful and courteous. The room (junior suite) was well appointed and clean. Impressive room service list that even has a menu for pets. My only gripe was the room service. It's expensive! Like, $30 cheese burger and $25 Caesar salad. The food quality was average. I didn't deduct a star because I ordered it out of pure laziness and wasn't expecting the extraordinary.

The entrance and the view is beautiful. Thanks room was nicely decorated but it seemed like they put lipstick on a pig. The bathroom smelled like sour laundry. Mold in the shower and sink didn't drain well. It was like staying in a cheap motel. I would of asked for another room but I was only staying 1 night. Should of brought shower shoes like I was back in camp. Only time an employee acknowledge me was when I checked in. Eddie was very nice and helpful during check-in. Came back in the evening and following morning and you have to excuse yourself or jump in of you need something. Beautiful building in a great location. Would be a great episode of hotel makeover!

I went, as the majority of people going to The Parker, to have a burger at the Burger Joint. It is not a place that I like but it is a must for first timers in NYC. If it is your case, go if you feel you must but avoid is looking for a good burger. The hotel is great, the joint is c**p

Nice hotel with a good Central Park location. For years they were the Parker Meridian, but since their affiliation in January. There is a very famous burger place next to the lobby, called the burger joint, which is blocked off by large curtain. No signage, nothing. You have to know the places there in order to find it. Yet, it is always packed. We had a nice Central Park to you. Unfortunately, there are building a huge 60-70 story building between the hotel and Central Park, blocking the prime views of the park.

Great location. I love being able to run in central Park in the morning and the Gravity gym is fantastic. Rooms are great, staff is so helpful.

Being right within walking distance of everything mid-town has to offer is amazing. Walk to central park is 3 blocks. Similarly, Times Square, the other direction. Just steps away from Carnegie Hall and a few blocks to Rockefeller Center. Nice accommodations, friendly staff and good service. Super!

We have stayed at several different hotels while visiting New York and this is the best so far. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is beautiful, the front desk staff were very accommodating. Location is great, just a few blocks from Time Square, Central Park and Broadway. They have two restaurants on site...the Knave restaurant is great for light bites but a bit pricey; however, the ambience is wonderful and it's worth at least one visit. Beds are very comfortable. Only negative was the air, our room was warm the entire stay. Of course, the weather was unusually warm for April...mid to high 70's which may have been part of the problem, but we couldn't get the room to cool down at all. Nonetheless, on future trips to New York, we plan to stay at this hotel again. Really enjoyed...book early for best pricing. Also, it would be worth it to pay a little extra and get breakfast included.

Thank you for your hospitality. We had great time there. Location is perfect. Burger place inside. Starbucks is across the street. Pool on the roof. Clean, quiet. What else do you need? Another vacation!

Looked at many reviews leading up to our family vacation for Easter week 2018. We arrived from the west coast on Sunday 4/1 and had requested an early check-in with a 6 and 10 year old after an overnight flight from LA that arrived at JFK one hour early. Not only did Parker check us in upon arrival, they also upgraded our room that evening without us even requesting an upgrade. Jia, the front desk agent, was amazing and completely helpful. As far as the comments for outdated decor, room size, slow elevators, bar prices, etc., etc., etc., ignore them. This hotel is a timeless classic and you will not be sorry booking it. FYI, we did book a junior suite originally so I cannot comment on the smaller rooms. Either way, "great job" Parker NYC. This family is looking forward to the next 5 days and will definitely be returning.

I come to Norma's frequently for brunch. You definitely need a reservation or there is always a wait. when you arrive, you receive a welcome juice in a shooter. We has mango and papaya this time and it was so refreshing. The food does not disappoint. Our waiter was super sweet and made good recommendations. The recommendations are in Orange on the menu but be was helpful in offering a sweet and savory option. The food came out quickly and was delcious. Highly recommend if you have guests in town. Aside from the restaurant, the bathrooms are clean and the hotel has beautiful natural light in the foyer. Will definitely be back!

Before I moved to New York, I would stay here frequently for work. The staff is dedicated in providing the best accommodations they can. The rooms are large, considering the location. You also have access to a great gym and restaurants. The location is good, because it's central, but not in the middle of Times Square. The hand lotion smells really great too. One of my favorite hotels.

Our room was a corner suite and it was great. Very spacious, clean and nice with an excellent view. We asked for extra sheets and blankets twice for the fold out couch and a couch one child was sleeping on and they were gracious and prompt with both requests. The concierge was helpful and pleasant too concerning dinner reservations. The burger joint in the lobby was about a 20min wait in line but the burgers and fries are indeed delicious! Lastly, the pool on top floor has stunning views. Try doing the pool around dusk so you can see the full view before night falls and some of it is list to reflections from the internal lights.

We were Escaping The Hurricane Irma and the lady at the front desk was so sweet. She was Korean and had amazing nails that she gets done in New Jersey. Forget her name. They brought us up warm pretzels had one of the most amazing views from The pool. Overlook Central Park and is indoor and heated. We are staying in 627 which doesn't have a very good view. But there is a place called the Burger Spot. Which is hidden in the lobby and was told very famous. So we got cheeseburgers and chocolate shakes from what can I say amazing. Jose was are bell hop and was very friendly. We will be leaving out Wednesday September 13. So far the stay day has been amazing. I recommend if you're staying and New York who needs the Plaza when the Le Parker Meridien is beautiful and luxurious.

Good size room with a comfy bed. Prices are a little steep for any extras, some nice features from other hotels like screen casting are locked down unless you speak to IT which isn't an easy procedure but they did help us. Overall a good hotel but a few things could be improved to increase guest enjoyment during a stay.

I met a date at the cool bar off the main lobby. I thought it was a great atmosphere for relaxed discussion with the dim lights, soft jazz music, and cozy seats. Drink service was satisfactory, and the waitress' disposition was friendly and seemed genuine. Will definitely be coming back here.

Every second of my experience here was spectacular! Check in with Arti was happy and pleasant, especially getting in well before check in time. The room was brilliant; clean, spacious, funky decor, great view. The rooftop pool and lounge is unreal I wish I had more time to spend up here. Every staff member I interacted with was high energy, professional and kind. Location is best of the best for me, 2 blocks from Central Park, about 10 blocks from Times Square. Everything was PERFECT, thank you!

The location is right in the heart of midtown, and within walking distance of many tourist spots and restaurants. The rooms have a good view, clean and ceilings are high enough. The bathroom and sink area is a tad small but unless you're a giant it doesn't matter. It might be a bit pricey on the weekend but the place has a swimming pool and offers massages -- but for extra.
