I would honestly like to know what is going on at this company. Today my mother and I went on a wild goose chase to find the store in NYC. The website, customer service, and internet was all telling us different locations so we ended going all around the city to find it. When we called customer service for the address, they said the original store was under construction (this is not mentioned on your site) and gave us a different location. What she FAILED to mention was that the new gold elements location was inside a completely different store and not an actual gold elements store, so that took us quite a while to figure out. There was virtually no way of telling gold elements was sold there from the outside. When we finally made it there, the one lady who was working there knew NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING about gold elements, and had to ask us what we wanted and tried to sell us some other random product. When we asked for a sample of an eye product by gold elements, she said she had no samples and that we should just buy it then and there because it "isn't that expensive." I'm sorry, but in what universe is $600 for an eye cream not expensive? Utterly ridiculous experience and a waist of money trying to get around the city to find the store.
