Absolutely love the staff! Everyone is so friendly and there is a real sense of community. The gym is clean and organized. I feel like I'm actually LEARNING about fitness when I workout here, not just burning calories. Would recommend to anyone on any level of their fitness journey - it's the best feeling to actually be excited to go to the gym!

Awesome gym in a convenient location! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well kept. They also have a good variety of equipment to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new space to work out or train in.

Solid gym. Extremely clean for an independent gym, little bit of everything from boxing, free weights and machines. Especially nice to have some outdoor space when the weather breaks.
I get personal training done here. Quite a bit of equipment and facilities are clean!

This gym is my favorite. Nice ambient, never crowded and good trainers. Definitely would recommend.
Worst gym ever.
On their website they advertise that you can get a 1 day membership. However after signing up no email confirmation ever arrives. Even after physically signing up in front of their staff they would not let me use their gym for the 1 day pass. I asked to talk to the receptionists manager, he would not tell me who it was and kept ignoring my requests.
I was going to sign up for a year pass because I live nearby, but if this is the way how staff treats me then I will take my business elsewhere.
