If you are tired of wandering around the gym aimlessly and really want to challenge your body and relieve the stress of the day, THIS IS THE PLACE!! The instructors are amazing, each class is different, which keeps it interesting and the results are real. I am beyond obsessed.
Took Milton's class pretty awesome trainer. He offers one on one training sessions and nutrition plans catered to your schedule so that's an added bonus.

These classes are effective, and helpful! I love coming to this place to get myself in shape.. instructors are awesome and filled with energy
Not enough praise can be showered at the gals and guys of CKO Park Slope. This has been my best gym experience, and honestly I don't think there will be anything that can top the level of professionalism and heavy hitting workouts this place has to offer. What started as a means of getting fit for my wedding has become an obsession for both my wife (mostly for her!) and I. Keep it up CKO!
Great, tough workout. Be prepared to work hard and sweat alot! People walking down Flatbush may stop and look through the window, FYI, lol. Also, clean bathroom (that's important).
Classes are intense and fun. The instructors are really talented and added bonus they are hysterical. It's a great workout and I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. You literally have not had a bad instructor.
I am here from Seattle WA CKO Seattle member. The folks at this lication welcomed me and Vinnie gave me a workout to be proud of! If you havent tried CKO before please please try it! It us truly life changing and if I mived to NYC I would be signing up at this new location!
