I have known the owner for 8 years, first as my personal trainer and then as my Pilates teacher when she opened her studio. She is fantastic; very knowledgable, encouraging, and fun. I consider her a good friend as well as a teacher. When I've gone with aches and pains, she has always known what to do to solve the problem. I moved farther away but still go to Pilates House every week.
