CorePower has been an incredible inclusive community for me since I started practicing yoga. It's obvious that the staff cares about you and is there to help you along any part of your yoga journey. I personally love the C2 classes the best!

Teachers are friendly, emphasis on correct form. Love the choice between yoga and yoga sculpt. Very nice studio and spacious

Love the studio. The classes are great for those who love yoga but at a more upbeat pace with great music. Clean amenities and staff is very nice. Lockers are available.

Extremely horrible customer service. Today is Mother's Day. I was able to get out of my house and away from my toddler for what I thought was an 8:15 class at CorePower yoga which ended up being an 8am class, but since I got to the studio at 8:10 the person at the desk this morning refused to let me into the 8am class because it was 10 minutes past. Honestly it was exactly 8:10 and I had made a mistake and it's Mother's Day. Also it's pouring rain just to add to the lack of empathy and consideration this staff has for anyone coming there. What kind of monsters work at this place? Just stay away.

Staff are very friendly. Being that it's my second day I've felt as I have been going here for years. The place feels calm and relaxing

I am writing this with the perspective of a 5+ years of CorePower membership. I went in with very high expectations because CPY has been a huge part of my life and I was looking for the atmosphere and experience that I am used to. This place did not disappoint. The studio is new and clean. There are only two showers but alas that's the reality of living and doing business in New York. The same goes for the prices - I was not happy with paying multiples of my Chicago fair but that is true about my apartment too - you pay for what you get. The most important part was the class itself. I took a 75 minute Yoga Sculpt with Meredith and it was one of the best classes I've taken in ages. She stuck with the formula, made it fun and gave us enough of both space to modify and motivation to keep going. All in all I went to if it was worth it and was once again reminded why I love CorePower and this community. Will definitely go again.

Friendly teachers, great emphasis on correct form. I love the choice between yoga and yoga sculpt (incorporates weights and cardio). Beautiful studio which is actually pretty spacious for NYC!!

I have tried lot of studio all around the world, CorePower Yoga is one of the best. I highly recommend them. Very welcoming and helpful stuff, the studio is spacious and well maintained and the most important is that the vibe is amazingly positive. Instructors are all excellent, you will find easily your best ones. Try Yoga Sculpt with Sarah or with Myra and C2 class with Tegan, I'm sure that your muscles will remember them for a while. :) It's so bad that I have to leave NYC, I will miss this studio so much.

Disclaimer: I love CPY as a member for 9 years now. The basics here in Manhatta though... No locker rooms: only two unisex showers and two bathrooms. Also, if you are a corepower member, it seems this is the only studio that will surcharge you $20 to practise. In other words, your membership means nothing here. (Doesn't that kind of go against what we sign up for?) The rooms are small, so come early or reserve a spot. And, comparing the teaching to other studios, the class I took comes in dead last - distracted teacher, no emphasis on breath, and simply not creative or engaging. I hope that over time teaching might improve as momentum builds in the CPY Manhattan community. Good luck.

I am so glad CorePower is finally in NYC. I have been going to their studios for years when I lived in San Diego and Seattle. Staff are sweethearts, and went to my first CP1 class in a very long while and Nina was great! Exactly what's been missing in my life and am so excited to make it a part of my routine again!

This is such a disappointment as compared to other Core Power studios, and other studios in NYC in general. With this kind of pricing, lack of professionalism, and attitude, I'm not really sure who they think their audience is.

the staff is unprofessional. i have a black tag membership and 2 staff sneered at the fact i had to pay 20$ extra for the surcharge for nyc studio. im from minneapolis-- they were snotty for yoga instructors. horrible music as well. DO NOT GO HERE-
