Hi, warning do not fall for the ...."packages with the no expiry" like I did.
I arrived and simply wanted to pay for 1 session, as I travel ALL the time. The receptionist kept insisting what better value it was to get a value pack, I told her clearly it wouldn't work for me because of my travel, she told me "it doesn't expire". She was very persuasive and wasn't giving up and the class was about to start, I said sure.
You can picture where this is going, I come back, I am told I have no sessions available, they said "you are right, they don't expire, BUT there is a reactivation fee".....which you guessed it is more expensive than just paying again.
After going thru this, I said ok take the rest of the classes in the package, give me ONE of the classes for next time and with no expiry as I will be away for a few months. Even thou agreed, you guessed it, the one class wasn't honored when I came back.
I have had this happen to other friends and one also shared there frustration of; booking a class, dropping of their dog at dog sitting, getting there on time, then....."there will be no class today, the instructor rang in sick". ........we understand these things happen, we also understand a common curtesy of a simple sorry about that would be nice.
As I have never given no stars for review, I am usually a 5 star reviewer, I am giving them 1 star.
