Worse return policy for gifts!!! You can only exchange and not receive store credit. I would prefer to get a store card to give to someone who shops at Lululemon.
Jessica was super helpful when we were choosing leggings for my daughter. She found the most comfortable fabric and fit for her. It is always a pleasure to work with such professionals.

The staff are great here! I was asking for a pants with grey and size small, but they don't have inventory. They helped me to check the nearby stores and found one in their fifth Ave store. I was about to rush there but the staff was kindly help me make a call to confirm it is there. And they found that one was also sold hours ago. I took the BLK one but still appreciate for their help
This company offers terrific product, but more, I found the sales staff to be uniquely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, helpful and willing to offer appropriate alternatives as well as make useful suggestions. The truth is that I generally dislike shopping and typically purchase one item (if even that) before leaving stores as quickly as possible, but my Lululemon (Lincoln Square) experience was such a pleasant one that it resulted in my buying five items. My only regret, now that I've worn and gotten compliments on them all, is that I hadn't updated my wardrobe with more.

Great store (with a great sale rack) and very knowledgable and helpful staff. They know their stuff through and through and are happy to impart their expertise.
Lulu is expensive but for the most part, the quality is so good, it'll outlive things that cost a lot less. I regularly find $29-$39 sports bras on the sale rack that are infinitely better than what I might find at modells for that price. Plus, it's all so darn cute!

She questioned my ability to wash clothing correctly and even suggested that I was lying to her about the defect with my shirt. She claimed my shirt was over 3 years old when I had just purchased it less than 5 months prior. A sales representative should never question the honesty and character of a consumer.
