Sadly this location closed. Members were farmed out to other sites. Where you were sent dependd on your membership level. This place was small and comfy, adequately provisioned, soundly staffed, and had decent hours. This site passed through a number of previous fitness owners, but Crunch was the last. Who knows what business will occupy the site next.

This isn't my main Crunch gym for a reason. The location is great but the gym itself is small and kind of over-full. The staff has never been accommodating or nice, save for when asking to speak with a manager who is. I go for a certain instructor's classes and no more. Recommend 34th street location.

Nice spot to get a great workout on. Friendly people, overall a nice well rounded gym.
Only one squat rack that's always in use. Music is too loud at times, and will force you to have your headphones on full blast. Even then, in some places you can still hear the music over your headphones. I reached out multiple times to complain and the management refuses to believe that it's louder at certain times than others, and they will not test it. I talked to a desk receptionist about it and she confirmed that it is often turned down in the mornings, but turned up again later. Since the music is louder at night when management is not there, nothing will ever be done about it.
Basic amenities, but more Spartan than other Crunch locations. The dressing rooms and the shower area are very basic. There is no steam room or sauna, and no atmospheric decorative touches. Good for a straight-forward workout, but not for luxuriating afterwards. Equipment is a bit dated but functional and well-maintained. Good wifi.

The gym here is pretty good but super small for the price. The people here are nice. Missing the one machine that I use the most the Roman Chair. Asked for it five months ago was told it's on order. Nothing yet. Wish they had a steam room.

I love this gym because it's 20 dollars a month, great classes, and a nice sized weight and cardiovascular machine room. The trainers are also super friendly!
Ever since Crunch took over the previous gym everything has improved. They have worked to switch out all the old equipment and improve the rooms themselves. The trainers are there to help out without being pushy to try to get you to sign up for extra training sessions (Paulie was really great). We unfortunately had to move and cancel our membership, Daniel Morales was really helpful to get our membership canceled so we didn't get hit with extra fees. We will definitely be looking for Crunch gyms in the future and hopefully they are all as good as this one.
