Ok, so as a disclaimer, I'm posting these reviews for my reference. I have an All Access Membership, and I want to visit as many of these as I can, to see which one I like most/would like to go to.
My interests are powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, swimming, so my review will be geared towards that.
This one also falls into the lower rung of the ladder when it comes to Equinox. For comparison's sake, I have been to the following so far:
West 92nd
West 76th
Highline
East 63rd
Equinox Columbus Circle
It's an Equinox, it's not terrible, but it's on thin ice.
One huge floor. But it's very crowded. I had a quick stop here, I didn't work out. But I don't think I'd want to. The cardio area is separate, and there is space between machines, but it's still pretty small (I suppose I can't blame them too much, New York is expensive, but they charge a pretty hefty sum for membership too, so, uh). No pool, standard Equinox amenities and machines.
