Awesome facility. Pool very clean and well maintained.
Miss Athena is the BEST SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR ever!!! My Kids learned how to swim without flotation device help within weeks. IT's a life skill I could never teach I am so happy we found her. Great energy!!
Tommy the owner is great he really cares about the students!!
Manager or owner is really nice, instructors are really good, good pricing just the chorine smell is pretty bad and sometimes the shower in the boys bathroom are cold.
Im happy to come here good place to swim
We've been going here for years. Great pool. A gem of the lower east side.
Great place for lessons the price is cheap my kids swim here the owner is great !
It's a little smelly and I'm not too sure how clean the water is, though it passes all technical tests it sometimes seems a little smoggy to me. But hey, it's the only indoor pool in the neighborhood and isn't prohibitively expensive. So I'm all in. The owner (manager? whatever) is nice and accommodating.
That's my review for free swim, but as far as instruction I had lessons for my kids for about a month one summer and the instructors were GREAT.
Hello "Jessica Broomstein", if that is your actual name. You already posted a review on our Google page which we responded to and now you are posting a review on one of the legitimate pools website that we use for our classes. As we stated in our prior response, we believe you not to be a real person but rather a competitor trying to sully our great name and years of extremely wonderful instruction as well as impact other organizations. If you are in fact real please do contact us via email, phone, text or even a conference call with the American Red Cross to discuss the issues you raised. The American Red Cross and Aquatic Solutions has a wonderful and excellent partnership which you are free to contact them at your leisure to check on and we encourage everyone to do the same. Since we are fairly sure where this is coming from, rather than generate phony Google email addresses and post fake and baseless reviews for your competitors for an interaction that never occured (we have zero record of your registration or attendance in any of our Lifeguarding classes) please focus on your own business and kindly do not try to fool the public and continue this practice of deception. Also, when you post fake reviews for your own business we suggest you vary the content. Your reviews are apparently scripted responses and by in large utterly fake but Google unfortunately does not parse through fake or illegitimate reviews like Yelp or other online sites. Thanks and have a great day "Jessica".
If i was able to give zero stars i would. Biggest scam ever. I registered for a Lifeguard class. I passed the test that we need to take before the class starts, but 20 minutes after, they failed me telling me my swimming is not up to par. They said they should not have even past the pretest for the class but they did me a "favor" and passed me. I asked for a refund they said once you pass the pretest there are no refunds. So basically they passed me on the pretest and did me a "favor" so they wont have to give me a refund but fail me 20 minutes after. I asked to speak to Andy who is the owner. When i spoke to him, he said there is nothing he can do and that he is not the owner. WHAT A LIE!!!!! I called Red Cross to complain and they said they heard multiple complaints about Andy and his company already. They said to call him back and try to take another class. I tried to call back, and he blocked my phone number!!! I sent Emails and i heard nothing back. I also called the BBB to complain because this place is a huge SCAM!!!! Save your money and dont go here. There are so many places you can go to that you wont have this issue.

I don't enjoy going there and all the teachers yell at you for just 1 mistake
We take our 18 month old here for very inexpensive swim lessons. This place is a hidden gem for parents. Haven't done the adult open swim, but that's available too.

Good kids swim lessons at affordable prices. The only downside is that the pool is somewhat disorganized and you will probably have to search for someone who can answer your questions.
Tommy and his staff are great. Prices reasonable. Louis and others are great teachers with a firm but warm approach, really beneficial for kids learning to swim.
the pool's size id ok and not too many people there on weekday
The price is reasonable. 1 teacher vs 3 students. It cost only 26 dollars each class.
I love this place. They teach how to swim faster.
