Class One is an amazing place on so many levels! For anyone looking to grow their martial arts skills (and meet great people) there's not many places that offer this variety of classes mixed with such high-quality instructors. Muay Thai, boxing, BJJ, wrestling, MMA and more are taught here, and all the coaches brings their own unique style and expertise to the game. On top of that, it's a great place to stay in shape, the people are friendly and welcoming, and everybody treats each other with respect and no ego. I'm lucky to have been a part of this community for a little over 2 years, and highly recommend it to anyone that is hesitating :) Whether you're a beginner, or someone with more experience, there's definitely a place for you at C1. Come check it out!

A welcoming gym with very knowledgeable coaches.

For very 1st timers the one day trial is $25. Classes included all levels from starters to professional's. Groups for the class are large. Parking sucks in that area if you bring your car. Recommend Train, Uber or Bus to the area.

This gym has been my home for the last 2 years. I've trained, learned, and even fought MMA matches through them. If you're looking for a welcoming environment, legit training and great coaches. Give them a visit! They have a great 2 week trial. ;)

Did the two week trial to give it a try before committing. My first day there was ok. I was the only student in the class, so I had the instructor's undivided attention, which was nice. My second class, I took a Muay Thai class. I didn't bring headgear and I had lost my mouthpiece at home, so when I was asked if I wanted to spar, I agreed and was told to take it lightly. The person I sparred with decided to throw a headkick even though neither one of us had headgear or mouthpieces. Kicked me right in my left eye. The instructor and my partner were super apologetic, which I appreciated, but a kick to the head shouldn't have been thrown in the first place. Naturally, I was upset. I wanted to give them another chance and come back, but I always dreaded the idea when I tried. Not the best looking facility either. Also, there are no showers or male/female locker rooms and I live too far to be dripping sweat on my commute. I wouldn't recommend unless you live walking distance from the gym.

Love this gym! I've been taking Muay Thai for almost a year and the coaches there have really helped me improve. Started as a total beginner and even though I definitely look back and cringe, everyone was always really kind about helping me learn the basics. I am more than happy to now pay it back by helping beginners I'm working with. Lots of great people at this gym. They even let me bring my kid to the gym so I can take class during the day on occasion. Wish I could train here everyday!

Class One MMA is unlike any other Mixed Martial Arts gym on the planet. With world-class champion fighters in a variety of disciplines, including current and former fighters in the UFC and Bellator, C1 is as well-rounded as they come.

One membership gives you access to all kinds of classes, including: Muay Thai, Kickboxing, San Da, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Chute Boxe, MMA (strategy specific to MMA style fighting) and fitness classes.

The best part about this gym is that it's as much a gym for fighters as it is a gym for the more casual learners, interested in martial arts for fitness or self defense. You can learn from the best, no matter what your goals are!

Check it out.

Love it here!
if you're at all thinking about it, you should definitely do it.
such a great vibe and teachers are pros while still being really accommodating for all skill levels.
I started last year with zero experience but felt super welcome by everyone and have learned so much.
COME. DO IT.

Excellent instructors and class offerings - everything from MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, to BJJ (Gi and no-gi). Many of the instructors are former champions and/or currently competing. Another plus is that they do not require long membership contracts and can pay on a monthly basis with the option to cance anytime without penalties.

If you want to get in shape, this is the place to go. Great trainers and a family like feeling. Will go back to train here when back in New York.

I've been training here for a couple weeks already, and I can attest this is the best Martial Arts gym I've ever been too! World Class Trainers, classes in every major MMA discipline (Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu (gi and no gi), Sanda & Wrestling!!). I look forward to every class and I really try to schedule my day around the training. Monday and Wednesday has become my favorite which is Chute Box Muay Thai and BJJ Gi with the Professor/MMA Legend Luis Azeredo! I'm exhausted at the end but my skills and toughness improves every time out. One of the best part of the gym is there is ZERO egos, everyone learns and improves (which you will) at their own pace and everyone including members and teachers are always there to help.
