I love BodyTonic! Jennifer is a tremendous teacher, she is a well respected expert in the field of Pilates. If you are looking to learn the authentic approach from a masterful teacher go to her class and her studio.
The quality of the instruction and equipment is great here. This place inspired my love of Pilates over four years ago. I do find the studio itself to be very stuffy, so I have to avoid it during the warmer months.
