I have been training at Chok Sabai on and off since 2013. I will train for a few months, then life happens, and I fade away for a while. There are a few things about Chok Sabai that make it very special. The vibe is very positive and family-like- beginners train alongside competitive fighters, and the latter are super nice and teach the newbies in a very supportive and kind way. Kru Nat and other coaches strike a very nice balance of being tough yet supportive, and paying attention to each student throughout the class. Also, because each class has a somewhat unpredictable curriculum, which is sometimes geared to something the Kru notes people are not doing well, and sometimes is focused on drilling the competitive fighters for an upcoming fight, it is always a fun way to train and stay fit. Very well put-together operation.
