I only leave reviews when I'm really impressed or really annoyed. Guess which one this is?
Just to start, Regina gave me a great massage, and was very attentive to my various physical ailments. If you're looking for a place to just get a spa service, without the relaxation spaces, then go for it. The cons:
1) all spaces are coed, and it doesn't say so on their website, so I was not prepared with a bathing suit or anything.
2) they had a sauna, which I couldn't use, due to above reasons, but it was the size of a closet.
3) the only other facilities are showers inside of the two single unisex bathrooms, so you have to rush the shower in case someone else has to pee.
4) waiting room is coed also, so even if they gave me a robe, I probably wouldn't have been comfortable sitting around in it, but...
5) the women at the front desk did not offer me a key to a locker or a robe (I figured out too much later they were in the lockers), so I just put my dirty street clothes back on after showering.
6) those women at the desk were so loud and obnoxious, you could hear them all the way in the treatment rooms, though I think one of the therapists went and shushed them at some point.
Basically, I will definitely never come back, because at such exhorbitant prices, you should offer your customers an actual day spa experience, or at least say on your website that you don't offer it.
