I was trying this place out because of Class Pass. There was a mishap with my CP app, however, and the woman manager Kyle was incredibly aggressive and hostile, yelling at me calling me a liar and a thief, of which I am neither, AND THIS WAS THE FIRST INTERACTION I HAD WITH THIS PLACE. I have no problems with paying for a gym class, but that this woman thinks this treatment is any way to run a business just goes beyond me. The facilities were fine, but the classes take place in an incredibly small room that doesn't accommodate everyone, and I got three phone calls in an hour, with the manager again yelling about how she was going to charge my credit card on file, which she could've handled very differently but was just over hostile and aggressive to a first time customer. What an uncooperative place without any regard as to how it treats someone who visits for the very first time, the worst customer service, and it was truly a form of harassment, all over a $20 class, so whatever MAC gym, I hope that fee was worth it for you. Terrible management.
