I went to SBWC Intro class which consists of 6 courses where Paulie and Becca explain, present, and coach the main lifts Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, the accessory lifts such as the row, military press, and dumbbell work, and give nutrition advice.
I have been working out for the last two years and I once thought that I had good form, but taking this class has taught me exactly what proper form looks like. Form is key to exercising safely and efficiently and I wish I took this course when I first started working out because I could have avoided a myriad of issues.
Overall I would recommend SBWC for all levels of lifting!!!
