For someone who never worked out before, Maryam and her team are the best around! The encouraging and tough nature of these sessions mean you really the most out of every class.

This is a small cozy studio with big personality. Maryam greets you at the door and is very welcoming. Class was very organized and efficient. She pushes, motivates, and helps improve form. Has a big bold personality, but overall just wants you to succeed. The 30 minute work-out was great as it included cardio and other body weight exercises. Highly recommend this fitness studio!!!

Perfect work out for me as well as the music sound level. If you want a spot without pressure and the stress, this is the spot.

Let's start with the food in the end. I love the low key brunch and a beer which is a great top off. A bit unusual for me but something new is always welcome.

I love these workout events and especially this one. One reason being I can eat a little more at other events and two I am motivated to get out of the house on a Sunday morning. The workout here is a bit relaxing and not super hard. Without someone yelling and screaming for a hour, I can focus on listening to myself and think a little. Point of workout is to work on your body and also your mind.

Hearing out the owner about her story in starting business remind me of myself and I can attest that starting and running a successful business is hard. This spot is more cater to moderate exercise people and not really for die hard try hard. The space is huge and clean. I love more of these random healthy event mixed into delicious food event.

Great workouts! Have been going there regularly through ClassPass for 3 years now - get ready for Maryam :) She has a great new space!

The best workout you'll get in Brooklyn or the city for that matter. Maryam and team do not joke around. That first class is rough but after that, you'll see results almost immediately. Going to Maryam's classes changed my body. I'm faster, stronger and leaner since working out at HIIT Box. This is definitely the most effective type of training you can get for building lean muscle mass.

This class is really tough and intense, but I always leave feeling great, stronger and accomplished. Maryam is an amazing instructor who will always take the time to correct form and offer modifications for injuries, etc. Plus it helps that the space is really nice and bright. This is by far the BEST HIIT class around.

Best workout in the area by far! Maryam is the right balance of encouraging and tough and manages to fit more in 30 minutes and 50 minutes than workouts twice as long

Always been a fan of high intensity workout as a method towards fat burn. HIIT Extreme is the class for that. Tough 40-50 mins, but it's rewarding. Maryam is a meticulous coach, especially in a small group setting. Loving it!

I've been searching for a new, efficient workout and I'm so excited to have found it in HIIT BOX! I was fairly out of shape when I started just a month ago, but I've been going to class 2 times per week and I can't believe how much stronger I've become. Plus, I feel like a bit of a warrior after a complete the class, in a really good way. Maryam, is great at cheering us on and helping us push ourselves in ways we would NEVER do on our own. I made the commitment to try 5 classes and then decide how I felt--and now I'm hooked.
