Mike is an awesome trainer. He is hands on, corrects and perfects form and always pushes you to be better. He understands the various starting point of his clients and he caters each work out to that person. I have been working out with him for a few years now and his workouts are unlike any other class or small group workout that I have done. If you want a workout where you will see results, get stronger/leaner and increase your endurance, look no further.
My favorite workout in NYC! You get basically all the benefits of a personal trainer for more than half the price. Could not recommend more highly.
Mike's classes are consistently amazing. They're always exceptionally challenging but he's great at modifying the format and exercises to suit different skill levels. He's also great at ensuring that your form is correct and coaching you through movements and exercises that you may not be familiar with.
He also constantly changes his programming and introduces new, challenging exercises and equipment with every session so they're never repetitive. I cannot recommend his classes highly enough.
