There is a great community of folks here. Some amazing workout session, great classes, instructors and everything. Such a healthy and rich environment to work out in.
I loved the place and their morning classes fits well into my schedule.
the space is absolutely amazing and the people are extremely friendly. the instructors are knowledgeable and know what they're talking about. one thing though is that i would categorize this studio as one not suitable for beginners. i would recommend this studio if you have some knowledge/advancement in yoga already. other than that, superb!

I'm so THANKFUL to be part of this community. The beauty and harmony of the space and the quality of teachers and classes are the result of all the energy and love that the 2 owners Greg and Liz give every day. They keep creating a safe and fun space in the middle of the city where to get inspired, stronger, conscious, happy. It's nice to see this space and community getting bigger and evolving day by day ...guys when you're ever around Herald Square don't miss this!

Get ready for a great workout! I had never performed yoga before but my instructor Elizabeth told me not to worry and guided me throughout the entire class. This place is super clean and welcoming. I'd recommend anyone who's interested in changing their workout routine every once in awhile to check out this gem!
I did a month trial at this location. I've practiced hot yoga at half a dozen other studios over the years and I was particularly disappointed with the flooring at this location. Sweat from previous classes collects in the short carpeting and isn't removed - it's not only unsanitary, it's a slip hazard. If I could give them a zero for this, I absolutely would.
Amazing, very knowledgeable instructors, clean facility & overall great vibe. I take two trains from NJ to get here so I highly recommended, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is as good as it gets. I've been practicing Bikram for 2 1/2 years and have been to every studio in the city and, with all due respect to the other studios, this is by far the best. There's absolutely no smell....a rarity in a Bikram studio.. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The heating system is top of the line...maintains a consistent heat and humidity throughout the class and I love the fresh oxygen that's pumped in periodically and the bacteria-free floor to practice on. Clean and sanitary mats, towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, locks and filtered water are provided at no charge. And BYHS has some of the best teachers in the city. Is this Nirvana? Highly recommended!!
