I rated it in the middle, because it's a decent event. But it's in Brooklyn and fairly a pain to get to. Good collection of vendors. Plenty of room to walk around. Bike NYC merch not terribly over priced - reasonable. Staff is impeccable and very helpful. Plus, there are lots of volunteers working.
A pain to go to Brooklyn, but you get nice views of Lady Liberty, Ellis Island, and downtown from the terminal
TWO TIPS - it's hard to know geo. I've heard of people using a street address for the pier and getting hopelessly lost. Type Brooklyn Cruise Terminal into your GPS. Will take you right there. Tip 2 - parking is all the way to the end of the drive. Friday it was free. Sat, I don't know. But it's easy to think you can park at the freight terminals leading up to the pier. Don't
Would have been much much better in Manhattan. This was a last-minute move on their part. Plus I'm a little put off at the fact you have to pick up your rider credentials at the show. For me that was a 4 hr process including drive time. Really stupid way of handling
