UNDERWHELMING... AND did not surpass or come near my expectation. The heated flow class had at least 40 people... packed like sardines for an 8 am train.. found it counterproductive for a yoga class where those come for space and peace from the hustle and bustle. During shavasana at the end of class all you hear is the train go by.. not to mention the studio faces traffic coming off the BK bridge... Will not be returning nor recommend.

Great studio!

Very nice facilities - two studios (one infrared heated), downstairs locker rooms, cubbies upstairs. One block to the F train. Good 2 week unlimited trial for $25. Only improvement would be bike parking.

I just started going to this yoga studio and I really like it. The studio looks very cool, it's clean and the Dumbo room looking over the Manhattan bridge is amazing! They have a sauna and the showers are clean. They use DAVINES hand wash products, which tells me someone really cares there.
Brian stood out as one of the best yoga instructors I've ever had and he actually took the time to adjust EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the room one way or another. He is definitely the instructor that could improve your practice, a cut above the rest!

I also had a class with Rachel, she was very good. Who knew the downward dog could feel so different if she didn't take the time to actually explain it in a way a little different than what I've experienced?

One thing was irritating during my third class there: I went last night to a 7:30pm class and the yoga instructor blasted the music so loud that she herself had to speak even louder to make herself heard; it was a really loud class and it was impossible to quiet down inside.

However, this is a GREAT yoga studio with affordable prices and I definitely recommend it.
